- Own solution architecture, technical planning, delivery coordination, and release readiness for CRM/ATS/recruitment platform modules.
- Work hands-on across .NET 10, Angular 21, Java 21, Python microservices, Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and database-backed enterprise workflows.
- Design and guide AI-assisted parsing, extraction, ETL, resume intelligence, candidate search, job matching, and recruiter workflow automation.
